For a bit of fun, I wrapped up the jTab JavaScript library by Paul Gallagher into a WordPress shortcode, to allow WordPress users to write guitar tab and chords directly into their blogs. It’s pretty cool. You should visit the plugin homepage, but for a quick demo…

[jtab phrase="C Am F G $2 1"] turns into:

C Am F G $2 1

[jtab phrase="D / E / A / F ||" showform="true"] turns into:

D / E / A / F ||

Neat, eh?

    Great script but if you write more then 5 chords it just continues all over the page instead of splitting and moving down in the field.
