From the monthly archives: November 2008

I was a member of the first Climate Action Team in the City of Santa Cruz. This inaugural group was the test case for Santa Cruz’s CAT program, and was a training ground for future team leaders. That first team, “Team Sweat Pea,” reduced 13,872 annual pounds of CO2 by the end of the one-month program, and pledged to reduce 8,360 lbs/year more in the near term.
